The Simpsons - The Telltale Head is the 8th episode of season 1 and number 8 overall in the series.
The title of this episode is a reference to the short story "The Tell-Tale Heart" by the American artist Edgar Allan Poe.
In this episode Bart is making new friends and he has a very bad taste in choosing the people to do it. He becomes friends with 3 older local troublemakers and in order to impress them he cuts off and steal the head of Jebediah Springfield statue from the center of the town.
Next day, seeing the reaction of the people including his new friends (who intend to attack the vandal) Bart realizes the gravity of his actions and starts to feel regrets.
Pushed by remorse, Bart confesses to his family and Homer and Bart take the head back to the statue after passing through the furious people.

Can someone please tell me how to make something like 55:66 into a time so when you click on it it goes to that part of the video?
Well...that is a pretty complicate piece of script and you have to own your personal media server in order to do that.
