The Simpsons - The Crepes of Wrath is the 11th episode of season 1 and number 11 overall in the series.
In this episode, Bart Simpson is proposed by Principal Skinner, to be part of a student exchange program in France - not because Bart is a good student or anything like that, because Skinner is sick an tired of Bart's pranks. The Simpsons agrees to send Bart in France, to a "beautiful chateau", which tunr out later to a a wine making facility, where Bart becomes a slave for two winemakers, César and Ugolin.
Meanwhile, an Albanian boy named Adil takes Bart's place in school and at the Simpsons house, which turns out to be a spy from Albania, looking for nuclear blueprints.
Back in France, Bart must learn the language in order to escape and report the illegal activities of César and Ugolin.

Skinner's mother sounds different and is so sweet and nice to him in this episode. In later episodes, she treats him differently.
