The Simpsons - A Test Before Trying is the 10th episode of season 24 and number 518 overall in the series.
In this episode, Mr. Burns decides to increase the cost of the electricity in Sprinfield (using a very unusual method). This increase in the price affects everyone, including the Simpsons and the Springfield Elementary.
Every student in Springfield Elementary must take a test in order to see if the school is going to be closed or not, the results being subsequently compared with other schools in the State (in order to decide which ones are going to be closed - due to high expenses). Of course, Springfield Elementary is the worst school ever and fails. So, the school is closing and the kids are distributed to other schools.
There is a chance thou, as Bart did not take the test (a fact discovered by Lisa) and that makes him the Springfield Elementary's only hope - not very encouraging, right?
Meantime, Homer runs "the business of his life" with a parking meter found on the local dump site.

Thanks for these videos. I love the Simpsons. I was watching them on another site but that was so cramped up with ads and pop ups. I don't mind site with ads but that was just too much.
