Homer invites himself at Flanders' house for breakfast when he discovers that his neighbor's parents are here. He begins to build a relationship with them which causes Ned to punch him in the face, giving him a shiner. Homer is furious at Ned and Flanders does not know what he has to do in order to be excused. He finds a solution in Bible but Homer refuses to punch him, causing Flanders to give him an another shiner.
Meanwhile, Lisa learns that Mrs Hoover is suffering from depression and gets replaced by another teacher, Mrs Cantwell. Cantwell is quickly shown to dislike Lisa for unknown reasons.
Lisa talks to Homer about her problem and he suddenly gets an idea . He accepts Flanders' apologies if Edna gives Lisa advice in order to be accepted. She introduces a new student to the class who turns out to be her brother Bart. When she leaves for a short time, Bart almost destroys the class room but Mrs Cantwell still dislikes Lisa. When Lisa manages to catch her while she is driving, Cantwell reveals that she does not like her because she is pretty. Meanwhile, Flanders parents are relaxing in the Simpsons house and Homer flies after he had been caught by Flanders who saw him pray.

yea well Flanders is a pussy but he eats healthy and does exercises and stuff he's well build (muscles and stuff) and he can kick Homer's ass very easy
