A blizzard strikes Sprinfield and the Simpsosn stay inside (at home), as the weather is to wild. The electrical power goes out so they have to find way to entertain themselves. After Bart participates in a pretend fashion show put on by Lisa and Maggie, he goes on a quest to get a baby brother out of jealousy of the sisterly bond Lisa has with Maggie.
