In this Simpsosn episode, the artist Lady Gaga is visiting Springfield. Here all the citizens are in a state of depression, Lisa Simpsosn being the most depress of all. The reason of her depression is because she was voted by the kids in school as being the most unpopular student.
Anyway Lady Gaga sort of help Lisa teaching her the meaning of happiness. Gaga is not unable to help Moe (she is not that good) when he ask for her help.
