The Simpsons - Gump Roast is the 17th episode of season 13 and number 286 overall in the series.
The opening scene, which shows Homer sitting on a bench holding a box of chocolates, is a reference to the movie Forrest Gump. I believe the title of the episode is connected to the same movie.
In this clip show episode, Homer is honored at a Friars' Club Roast. A number of characters show up to roast him, but the celebrating is interrupted by Kang and Kodos, who say that humanity will be judged based on Homer's experiences.

I like it when The Simpsons have a clip show. Good clips from past episodes. 4:46-5:01, Homer is driving Moe's car, not the family's car from the episode: "Dumbbell Indemnity." Highlights: Mount Splashmore, Homer getting mad for not building a barbeque, Homer singing, The Homer and Bart choking clips.
