In this episode Selma lets people know that she has a new boyfriend that she met through the prison pen-pal program. The unfortunate man is in fact Bart's biggest enemy, Sideshow Bob.
Bart gets immediately suspicious, believing that Bob is planning something sinister rather than marrying for love. Bob plays tough too, doing romantic stuff for Selma, trying to prove that he is no more the old criminal mind, he is changed.
After Selma and Bob are married, Bob reveals that he plans to kill Selma, but our Bart gets implicated and stop the evil plans.
