This Simpsons episode is a parody of The Social Network movie, which is about the story of Facebook.
So, Lisa Simpsosn starts her own online network after realizing that she has no friends and the easiest way to make them is online. Her social network is called SpringFace and it becomes incredibly popular in Springfield.
Lisa has many friends on SpringFace but they still ignore her in real life, and the website starts to cause trouble in the town when people use it while driving and cause accidents. As a result of this, Lisa is put on trial and the court orders her to close down SpringFace.
