The Simpsons - Replaceable You is the 4th episode from season 23 at number 490 overall in the series.
Homer gets a new assistant at Springfield Nuclear Power Plant and in the beginning he is very happy about it as the new colleague named (a tall woman named Roz Davis), is organized and cheerful. The truth is that Roz is trying to get Homer's job and she even wins the "Worker of Millennium" award at the plant, scene in which Homer will have this moment.
Meanwhile, Bart and Martin Price create a baby seal robot for a science fair, that becomes a hit with the elderly crowd at the Springfield Retirement Center.
"Replaceable You" has received mixed reviews from television critics. Josh Harrison of Ology wrote positively about the episode, giving it an eight out of ten rating.
